2-5 February 2022 - Caen, France
Each year, the annual LRE Forum organised by the LRE Foundation brings together members, partners and tourism stakeholders to hear updates from experts, network, and attend specialised travel trade events.
The 2022 edition is designed to encourage partners and stakeholders to develop new ideas and practices through a selection of exciting activities:
-
Engaging panel discussions about WWII history, the role of cultural heritage within the modern society, remembrance and more
-
Networking opportunities with WWII-related organisations, tourism and cultural heritage institutions and travel trade operators
- Organised site visits to the D-day landing beaches and local memorials and museums
This year’s forum is jointly organised by the LRE Foundation, the Region of Normandy, and Normandy Tourism.

Disclaimer
Covid-19
The LRE Foundation is committed to monitoring and complying with European, national, and local health regulations to ensure a safe event for participants and all those involved. In the unfortunate case that further restrictions will be imposed in January to slow down the spread of the virus and we will be required to cancel the event in Normandy, we will inform the attendees as soon as possible and elaborate an online alternative for our valued audience.
In the meantime, please confirm your interest in attending the event(s) by registering below. Doing so will help us estimate the number of participants and organise the events in the best and safest way. Should you be unable to attend the event due to any circumstances, cancellation is possible until Friday, 21 January.
